Shipping & Delivery
– Products will be delivered to the address you provided in the Order within the timeframe specified in our Shipping Policy, or at a time you requested, provided it aligns with that policy.
– If you wish to change the delivery address, please call our Customer Service Department and provide the recipient’s full name, contact phone number, and the new shipping address. When requested by legiaseal.com, the designated recipient must present a form of photo identification (such as a Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport) for the delivery personnel to verify before accepting the product.
– The recipient must inspect the condition of the product and sign the Delivery Note/Slip upon receipt. The risk of loss and title for the product officially transfers to you at the moment the recipient signs the Delivery Note/Slip. Please retain your Delivery Note/Slip for your records and for resolving any potential product-related issues.
