Insulation gasket kit are used o limit corrosion in pipeline systems. Where dissimilar metals are present, the sets remove the possibility of the systems acting as a galvanic cell and reduce the risk of galvanic corrosion of the pipework.

Characteristic
Insulation sets are used for pipeline flange corrosion protection and for complete electrical insulation protection where a seal is required between dissimilar flange materials.
There are three standard styles available to suit raised face, full face and ring grooved flanges.

The LS_LL style gasket is engineered to seal effectively at lower seating stresses. With this design, the gasket requires less bolt load to seat while still delivering the same recovery capability as a standard spiral wound gasket.
Corrugated Metal Gasket is a high performance gasket for standard flange or heat exchange application, corrugated matal of virtually any alloy with flexible graphite on both sealing surface.
Application and Media: Heat exchangers, exhaust gases, vavle bonnet gasket, narrow flange.
Ring joint gaskets are metallic sealing ring suitable for high pressure and high temperature applications. They are manufactured in two kinds of cross section: Octagonal and Oval accordance. Ring joint gasket are used in connection with RTJ flange, generates a strong seal between two mating flanges. When the flanges are fixed by bolts, ring joint gasket is squeezed into the groove of the flange, forming a tight seal between the mating flanges. In order to avoid destruction of the flanges, the material of the ring joint gaskets must be softer than the material of the flanges.
Application and Media: Used for high pressure applications.
