High Temperature Kammprofile Gasket (LS_HIT) is a problem solver for higher operating temperature scenarios.
The LS_HT style gasket combines the corrosion and oxidation resistance of mica with the excellent sealability of flexible graphite. The mica, together with the metal spirals, acts as a protective barrier between the graphite and oxidizing process conditions or external air.
Metal Jacketed Gaskets is made from graphite, ceramic, non-asbestos filler covered with thin metal jacket such as stainless steel, carbon steel, copper. Used in sealing spots of heat exchanger, pressure vessel etc. This gaskets highly resistance against blow-out, suitable for high assembly stress.

The LS_SS style gasket is specifically designed for highly corrosive environments. It features a spiral wound construction with a conventional outer guide ring and a serrated inner ring, providing a dual sealing design that fully engages the raised face from the OD to the bore.
