Dispute Resolution and Claims Process
Legiaseal.com is committed to responsibly receiving and addressing customer complaints regarding transactions on the legiaseal.com e-commerce platform.
In the event of a dispute, legiaseal.com prioritizes negotiation and reconciliation between the parties to maintain member trust in the quality of legiaseal.com’s goods and services, and will follow these steps:
Step 1: Legiaseal.com is responsible for the quality of goods and services advertised and sold on the e-commerce platform. Legiaseal.com is responsible for resolving customer complaints related to the quality of the goods or services provided. Customers can submit a complaint or call legiaseal.com directly to file a claim and request compensation if the quality of the goods or services provided by legiaseal.com does not meet the published information.
Step 2: If the Customer and legiaseal.com cannot reach a negotiated agreement, the Customer can submit a complaint regarding the seller’s commitment by sending a letter to the address: 26/12E, Xuan Thoi Dong 1 Hamlet, Xuan Thoi Dong Commune, Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), Vietnam; calling the complaint number: 028 36208651(53-54) (support during business hours); or sending the complaint to the email: sales@legiaseal.com.
Step 3: The Management Board of legiaseal.com will directly receive the complaints from the buying member. Depending on the nature and extent of the complaint, legiaseal.com will take specific measures to support the Customer in resolving the dispute. Legiaseal.com actively resolves disputes quickly and immediately responds with the results based on the Policies that legiaseal.com has published.
Step 4: If the matter is beyond the capability and jurisdiction of legiaseal.com, the management board will request the buyer to take the case to the competent state authorities for resolution in accordance with the law.
1. Limitation of Liability
In all circumstances, legiaseal.com is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by the Customer, except when caused by the willful misconduct of legiaseal.com. Legiaseal.com’s liability to the Customer (if any) is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased by the Customer on the website www.legiaseal.com.
2. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivering goods when such delay or failure is due to a Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event occurs, the delivery time shall be extended until the Force Majeure Event ceases. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Seller shall have the right, at any time during and after the occurrence of the Force Majeure Event, to cancel the Transaction or any part thereof without incurring legal liability.
3. General Provisions
– The regulations referenced in these Terms and Conditions are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
– LE GIA SEALING MATERIAL MANUFACTURING TRADING SERVICE CO., LTD. and the Customer are responsible for fulfilling all obligations stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
– If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part by any competent authority, the validity of the remaining provisions in these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
– These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from the contractual relationship between LE GIA SEALING MATERIAL MANUFACTURING TRADING SERVICE CO., LTD. and the Customer shall be construed and governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from/or relating to the content of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days. If a resolution cannot be reached within this thirty (30) day period, the dispute or claim may be resolved in a competent court of law.
4. Commitment Clause
– Any member who uses legiaseal.com for online transactions agrees to comply with these regulations.
